Where do we deliver?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Simply fill in your shipping address during checkout to determine if we can ship to your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and volume of your order. You will see the applicable postage fees when placing your order.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.

What is the shipping time?

Average transit time to Europe: 8-19 business days. (We maintain warehouses in the EU, US, and Asia.)

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or inclement weather that could cause shipping delays. Please note that if delays are caused by factors within our control, we will take responsibility. However, if delays are caused by factors outside our control, such as incorrect address information provided by customers, the responsibility may fall upon the customer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Your tracking information will be available once your product has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If your item has already been shipped, please contact us at service@elliottdillon.com with the subject line “CANCEL” to request cancellation.
