6. I used PayPal for my purchase and returned an item. Why haven’t I been refunded?

Refunds at Elliottdillon are typically issued within 2 weeks of receiving the return at our warehouse. If you used PayPal and haven’t received your refund, it may take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement, as stated by PayPal.

7. I used PayPal for my purchase and canceled my order. Why haven’t I been refunded?

PayPal authorizes your account when the order is placed, but charges are processed when the order ships. PayPal mentions on their site that refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

8. I didn’t receive a full refund on my return. Why?

At Elliottdillon, we aim to process returns efficiently, but there are fees associated with returns that slow us down. A $15 service charge applies to refused packages, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. If I place an order with multiple payment types, how will I be refunded?

If your purchase involved multiple payment methods, refunds will prioritize store credit or gift card payments first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the secondary payment method.

Damaged Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any damage during shipment. If any damage is observed, please retain the box, packing materials, and items, and contact us immediately at support@elliottdillon.com.
